Funded by the Scottish Government and delivered in partnership with the ALLIANCE, ALISS (A Local Information System for Scotland) aims to make information about local sources of health and wellbeing support more findable.

ALISS does not replace organisations’ websites, databases or online materials; rather it links up existing as well as new information, and presents a unified view of all local assets to information outlets, such as websites.

ALISS is innovative and unique – it has been designed by and developed with people with long term conditions and professionals from multiple sectors involved in signposting people to support. It offers not only a technology solution but a means of communities working together to gather, maintain and share information.

PPHW is working in partnership with ALISS to introduce health and care teams to asset mapping.
